Your mind maps will remain safely stored and accessible. However, you won’t be able to access all paid features until your subscription is renewed.

What is the Premium Plan?
The Premium Plan includes the original Xmind Pro and our brand-new features, such as real-time collaboration in application, cloud storage for mind maps, and more AI copilot to enhance inspiration and brainstorming.
Can the Pro Plan be upgraded to the Premium Plan?
Yes. However, we highly recommend upgrading your plan within the same platform where you originally purchased the Pro Plan.
Does the Premium Plan work on both mobile and desktop?
Yes. The Premium Plan supports real-time collaboration and cloud storage on both mobile and desktop platforms. AI features will be available soon.
What is credit? When are credits consumed?
Credits are a virtual currency used within Xmind AI that enable users to access various AI features, including automatic mind map generation, to-do list creation, and idea expansion based on selected topics.
How do AI credits affect online map limits?
Free and Pro users can manually create up to the online map limit included in their plan. While they have valid AI credits available, maps created with Xmind AI from text, files, or links are not restricted by this limit. Each map created with AI can contain up to 3 sheets. When the AI credits run out or expire, the standard online map limit for the user’s plan takes effect again. If the user then has more maps than the plan allows, the existing maps can still be opened and deleted, but no new maps can be created. Premium users already have unlimited online maps, so this rule does not affect them.
Which and how many devices do you support?
Xmind is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android. One subscription allows you to upgrade Xmind Pro or Xmind Premium on up to 5 Mac/PCs and 5 mobile devices.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, you can start a 7-day free trial by clicking here, or reach out to sales@xmind.com. You’ll have full access to the plan with no pressure or limitations.
Free trials are only available for yearly subscription, excluding monthly subscriptions.
How can I subscribe to Xmind Pro/Premium?

If you are unsatisfied with Xmind, you can request a 100% refund within 7 days. Please send your order number or email account to support@xmind.com for a refund.
For the monthly subscription and AI Credits Add-on, our policy does not support refunds.
